“In February of this year we decided to get some much needed repairs on our house. I joined Angie’s List to find reliable contractors recommended by my neighbors. We needed to have some termite wood repairs done and in our research we came across the company Termite Terry’s and another termite company.
We knew we would be getting at least two quotes on all of the work we would do. The other company came in at a lower bid than Terry’s, but because of the estimator Erik Kennady, we decided to go with Terry. Erik was so helpful and informative with us in all phases of work. After we chose Terry’s, we decided because of the damage on the lower level of the houses eaves that there must be much more damage on the upper level. I phoned Erik and he was so honest with me and stated that as a homeowner himself that we should look into having the roof inspected. That lead to a new roof and boy did we need it and had it not been for Erik’s honesty we would never have known how bad our roof was.
His company did wood repair and subterranean termite removal and we are very happy with the work and next week the termite fumigation will be done. Erik recommended the roofer and painters we used and we are extremely happy with them both. I will always be thankful to Erik and how he led us through this with his honesty and kindness. Everyone I dealt with at Terry’s was great and obviously hiring good people to represent his company is important to Terry. Thanks to all of you and we would recommend you to everyone.”
