“In September 2024, our home had some flying Termites, so the next day I called Termite Terry. I had done business with Termite Terry several years ago for another issue where I met Skip Haffke, the Termite Specialist. So when I called, I immediately asked if Skip still worked for the company. He did, so I asked for Skip to contact me. Skip called me back that day, where I explained the flying Termite situation. Skip set up an appointment to come to our home to do an evaluation and estimate.
Once arrived, he completed a thorough inspection and estimate. I was very happy with the estimate, so we scheduled an appointment to get the home tented. The Friday before the tenting procedure, Skip came to our home and explained in detail the preparation procedure and left us the required bags for the food.
The following Tuesday was the day to get the home tented and Skip was the first one there to check that we had completed the preparation properly. Everything checked out, so he left to go to his other appointments. The tenting service went as planned, and turned out to be a lot less stressful than I originally thought.
