“Upon hearing attic noises in the evening, I put a call into Terry – who immediately scheduled an appointment. He & an assistant arrived promptly and took a look into the attic – as well as surveyed my home’s exterior and garage. Thankfully he saw no signs of critters in the attic, and he made a couple of suggestions as to trees that should be considered for trimming to make it less easy for any critter to land on the roof. They spent at least an hour here . . . and he didn’t charge me anything for the visit!! Terry wouldn’t even accept any payment – at all. We think the noises may simply be the temperature differential as the evening cools down . . . but it was very reassuring to know that nothing is scampering around the attic.
