The Muirlands Professional Center is a two story medical building in Lake Forest, California. This facility was recently sold and the new buyer was represented by Mariko Beaver, of Venture Real Estate in Irvine California.
“Termite” Terry and one of his termite specialist, Ryan O’Hare, spent more than two days inspecting this building from top to bottom. The fumigation was started on March 25 and the project was completed on Sunday, March 27th. This is a very large building and it was measured out at 374,000 cubic feet (A typical single story, 3 bedroom home usually measures out at 25,000 to 30,000 cubic feet). “Termite” Terry did not offer the lowest priced bid. However, when competing fumigators were asked to present their measurements, they were found to come up very short on the amount of gas they were going to use for the fumigation.
