Three women stayed at a motel in Glendale for three nights and are claiming they were bitten dozens of times by bedbugs.
They have filed suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court against the motel and its franchiser. Trial is scheduled for May 2nd. The ladies are seeking restitution for medical expenses and mental anguish.
“We feel the bed bugs have been there for a while,” The women’s attorney, Lourdes DeArmas, said. “They knew about the bed bugs, but they continued to rent out the room.”
