A termite is such a little pest that can cause huge damage, and if not detected early, these guys can lead to a lot of expense in repairs. A common repair that is very costly is when the rafter beams are so badly damaged that the roof of the structure eventually needs to be pulled off. It often cheaper to get the whole structure fumigated periodically. The closer your property is to moisture in the air, like Beach Cities, the more often fumigations are needed.

Most companies in our industry Do Not offer to prime or paint new wood they install. The wood is left bare and becomes a complete eye sore at times. This usually leaves the homeowner to finish the job or hire a professional painter to come out to make the job look complete. Repairs can be costly and we want a customer to feel as though they are getting the most for their money. We want to show our appreciation for hiring us! We take a lot of pride in our work. To Whom It May Concern, In January of this year my home of almost 30 years was tented and fumigated for termites. This project was expertly and professionally handled by “Termite” Terry Pest Control of Costa Mesa, CA.
I had postponed actually doing something about my “obvious” termite problem for many years thinking that making it happen would be too daunting a task. Terry and his team made it a breeze! It did take some effort preparing for the procedure, but TTPC was right there assisting me. My home required significant wood repair/replacement. Terry’s construction crew did a remarkable and thorough work followed by a full and complete cleanup.
