He quickly located the source of the problem (a dead rodent that had lodged itself between two wood joints in the attic under the insulation) and removed it within 15 minutes of entering the attic (impressive considering the location of the problem). DJ also walked me around the house and helped me identify a couple of areas that I could seal up along the roof to avoid future issues.
