“So happy with Termite Terry’s service. They previously took care of a major subterranean infestation in our kitchen ceiling and walls. I saw evidence that the little boogers were back so I called on Monday and Tuesday morning Skip Haffke came out to take a look.
It was termite damage but not active. Apparently we had repaired the ceiling too soon after the previous treatment – before all the termites were exterminated. They had time to cause a little more damage before they died. Skip told us how to properly repair the area and watch for more damage so we can feel secure that they are gone.
He spent an hour with us – No Charge – and told us to feel free to call again if we had more concerns. He could have told us we needed further treatment and we would have believed him.
