Termite Terry recently gave a presentation for a meeting at LeTip of West Orange County. His presentation was titled, “How To Lower Home Maintenance Costs” and it focused on “The 7 Key Areas Of Home Maintenance” which could save homeowners hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in maintenance costs. During the presentation, he showed his audience a number of photos of homes with various problems and what can result if you simply ignore these problems. He also emphasized the point that many of these items are relatively inexpensive to correct and how, in the long run, their maintenance cost savings would truly be significant.
Termite Terry strongly believes in “customer education” and this is an example of how he is doing his part to give back to the community. Whenever he does a presentation like this, he always wants to focus on the needs of his audience – these are not “disguised” sales presentations. In fact, he never even mentions his company or services until the end of the presentation. That is when he offers to help out anyone who needs more information or would like to have assistance with a problem.
